Who is Empower for?

Our services are designed for women, couples, and individuals seeking nutrition services. However, we are inclusive and welcome anyone seeking support for their mental health and well-being. At Empower, we specialize in providing therapy and nutrition services for individuals aged 15 and older. Our focus is on empowering teens, young adults, and adults to navigate life's challenges and achieve emotional wellness.

Does Empower offer Telehealth services?

We offer a range of telehealth services after in-person initial assessment, including individual counseling. Our telehealth services are designed to provide the same level of care and support as our in-person sessions.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:00pm. We also offer flexible scheduling to accommodate different needs.
